The short version: this wiki collects nothing from you directly. It is a static, read-only fan site — there are no accounts, no forms, no comments, and no newsletters. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (see below), and otherwise we run no advertising and no trackers of our own making. This page explains exactly what is and isn't collected.
Who We Are
This website (paxautocraticawiki.info) is an unofficial, fan-made reference wiki for the video game Pax Autocratica. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Multiverse, the game's developer and publisher. Throughout this policy, "we" and "the site" refer to the operator of this fan wiki.
Information We Do Not Collect
Because the site is a purely static collection of informational pages, we neither ask for nor store any personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, or any account credentials — there is no registration system
- Comments, forum posts, or user-generated content — the site has no such features
- Payment information — the site sells nothing and links only to official stores
- Behavioral profiles for advertising built by us — we build no advertising profiles of our own. We do display ads served by Google AdSense; Google and its advertising partners may process data as described in the Advertising Cookies & Tracking Technologies section below.
- Location data, device identifiers, or browsing history beyond what your browser necessarily sends to any web server (see below)
The site search runs entirely in your browser against a bundled index file — your search queries never leave your device.
Hosting & Server Logs (Cloudflare)
The site is served through Cloudflare Workers. Like virtually every web host, Cloudflare automatically processes standard technical data when your browser requests a page — including your IP address, request URL, timestamp, browser user-agent and TLS metadata — for the purposes of delivering content, caching, security and abuse prevention. We do not access, export or build profiles from these logs. Cloudflare's own data handling is governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Cookies & Analytics
We set no cookies of our own. We use Google Analytics (gtag.js) for aggregate traffic measurement, but Google Consent Mode v2 starts with analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation denied. Those signals remain denied until an applicable consent choice updates them.

Analytics data is processed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy; we see only aggregate reports, never individual identities. You can prevent this collection entirely by declining consent, using the Privacy and cookie settings control when the Google consent message is available, installing Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on, or blocking third-party scripts. The wiki remains fully readable in all of these cases.
Advertising Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Current status: this site displays ads served by Google AdSense, so advertising cookies and ad measurement technologies described in this section are active. The ads.txt file at the domain root authorizes Google to sell advertising on this site (publisher ID pub-8895797196722360).
If AdSense is activated, Google and authorised advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons or pixels, and use similar technologies. These may be delivered from Google, DoubleClick, Google advertising, or participating partner domains. They can be used to serve ads, prevent the same ad from being shown repeatedly, limit ad frequency, measure views and interactions, detect fraud and invalid traffic, produce aggregate reports, and — only where permitted by the visitor's consent and applicable law — make ads more relevant.
When these technologies are used, Google and its partners may process the IP address, approximate location inferred from it, browser and device type, operating system, language, request URL, date and time, cookie or similar identifier, and information about ad delivery or interaction. The site operator does not receive your Google account identity from AdSense and does not use this site to upload personally identifiable information to Google for advertising.
You can manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center and manage cookies through your browser. Turning off personalised ads does not necessarily stop all ads; ads may still be contextual or based on general information such as approximate location, browser type or page content. For visitors covered by our Google consent message, the Privacy and cookie settings control lets you consent, decline, manage, or later revoke the applicable choices.
Consent Choices & Advertising
This site does not currently display AdSense ads. Before ads are enabled, the operator will configure and publish Google's TCF-integrated consent message in AdSense Privacy & messaging for visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and will enable Consent Mode for both advertising and analytics. The message lets eligible visitors consent, decline, or manage choices. Until that account-side configuration is live, this site's Google tag remains in its denied default state.
Children's Privacy
This site is an informational resource suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Note that the game this wiki documents carries mature-content and photosensitivity warnings from its publisher — that is a property of the game, not of this text-based site.
Data Security & Retention
We do not operate user accounts or retain raw visitor-level data in our own systems. Cloudflare, Google Analytics and our advertising providers may retain data they process under their own policies and retention practices. The site is served over HTTPS, and infrastructure-level logs are protected by our host under its own security programme.
Changes to This Policy
If the site's data practices, analytics, advertising providers or user-facing features change, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect, with the effective date revised above. The current version is always available at this URL.
