Pax Autocratica RoadmapEarly Access Plans & Updates

The Pax Autocratica roadmap is a long campaign by design: developer Multiverse expects Early Access to last about two years, and has already said the price will rise when the full release arrives. This file compiles every verified roadmap statement, the patch record that backs it up, and — just as important — what the roadmap has not promised.

What the Official Roadmap Says

The official roadmap position is assembled from the Steam store page and developer statements. Four points are on the record:

The Pax Autocratica roadmap at a glance · official statements only
Roadmap itemOfficial status
Early Access durationAbout two years (developer estimate, from the Aug 10, 2026 launch)
Full version contentMore colony content and more combat content
Co-opA hoped-for major feature — no date, not scheduled
Price at full releaseWill increase — developers "plan to raise the price when the game reaches its full release"

The current Early Access build is already a complete loop — many soldier types, weapons, buildings and cores, with the full colony-to-combat cycle playable from day one (see the Game Overview). The roadmap ahead is additive: more of both halves of the game, not a promise to finish something missing.

The co-op line is the most quoted part of the roadmap, and the most abused. Multiverse describes co-op as a hoped-for major feature of the Early Access period — no date, no specific update (see Multiplayer). Any site claiming a confirmed co-op release window is running ahead of the record.

The Roadmap Image on Steam

A roadmap image is featured on the game's Steam page — but its text content has never been published in readable text form. Per State records policy, this archive does not transcribe, enhance, or guess at its contents: what cannot be read officially cannot be filed as fact.

In practice, the only roadmap details this wiki files as verified are the ones Multiverse has stated in text: the two-year EA estimate, the more-content direction, the co-op aspiration, and the planned price rise. If the image's contents are ever published as text, this file will be updated.

Unverified Information Policy

No 1.0 date, no console versions, no mod support, no achievements have been announced. Screenshots of "leaked roadmaps" and fan-made roadmap infographics circulate in community spaces; none are official unless they appear on Multiverse's own channels.

Patch Cadence — the Roadmap in Motion

A roadmap without public dates is best judged by its build history, and the cadence so far is on the record:

  • Six official balance patches between June 26 and July 29, 2026 for the Elysia Oasis Decisive Battle alone — the first sector's finale, with its Fortress Bunker mechanical-leg weak point
  • Pre-launch builds on August 2 and August 8, 2026, recorded by SteamDB in the final days before Early Access
  • Combat inputs were rebound by patches — evidence that core feel, not just numbers, is under active iteration

Officials credit this tempo directly to the community. For a roadmap that publishes no calendar, the patch log is the most honest progress bar available (see Patch Notes).

"Thousands of improvements across hundreds of builds." —— Developers, on what player feedback produced before launch

How the Community Shapes the Roadmap

Multiverse is active on Steam and Discord and runs player surveys. That pipeline is the real engine of the roadmap: reports go in, balance patches and input rebinds come out. Citizens who want to shape the roadmap should file reports where developers actually read them — the official Steam forums and Discord.

What the Roadmap Does Not Say

The State prizes honesty about absence. As of August 11, 2026, none of the following have been announced, and no honest roadmap file can date them:

Announced vs. unannounced · as of Aug 11, 2026
ItemStatus
Full release (1.0) dateUnannounced — only the ~2-year EA estimate exists
Console versions (PS5 / Xbox / Switch)Not announced
Steam Deck verificationNot announced

Any graphic, video, or post that assigns dates to these items is unverified until it appears on an official channel; this roadmap expands by patch, not by press release.

Full Release — Date Unannounced

After roughly two years of Early Access: more colony and combat content, a higher price, and — the State hopes — co-op. No date is on the record.

Roadmap FAQ

How long is Pax Autocratica Early Access?

Multiverse expects Early Access to last about two years from the August 10, 2026 launch. A 1.0 date has not been announced — the two-year estimate is the only roadmap timeframe on the record.

Is there a public Pax Autocratica roadmap?

Sort of. A roadmap image is featured on the Steam page, but its text has never been published in readable form. The verified points: ~2 years of EA, more colony and combat content at 1.0, hoped-for co-op, and a price rise at full release.

Will the price increase?

Yes — the developers have said they "plan to raise the price when the game reaches its full release." Early Access is $29.99, with a 17% launch discount for the first two weeks (through about August 24, 2026). Buying during EA is the cheapest official roadmap milestone. See Release & Price.

When is co-op coming?

There is no date. Co-op is a hoped-for major feature of the Early Access roadmap, not a scheduled one. If it is confirmed for a specific update, it will be announced on official channels first — and filed here. See Multiplayer.
